  4. You should select the folder of ‘appcache’ and click on the Delete option.
  5. Later run the Steam program once again as administrator.


Shut Non-Essential Program and Clean Boot Windows

  6. You should click on the option of ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ over the tab of Services.
